YWTB is a program designed to offer an in-depth course in leadership to grow young women ages 11 and up.

Confidence, communication, awareness, teamwork, empathy and community service are the focus of study.

Our goal is to grow each member’s inner strength and voice.

The majority of the teaching is done with horses as well as in a classroom setting and at retreats.

Parents can enjoy seeing participants experience:
